"They understand that it's not just about the fishing; it's also about why we are on the water in the first place. It's all in their attitude."

Lloyd Brogan - Bend Oregon

"Thank you for the best fly fishing experience I can remember. The experience started with the phone call my wife made to your company. When I got home from a business trip. she told me she had found a company that she felt would be the perfect fit for myself and my best friend to take a break from the weekly business grind, and she was right. From time we hit the water till we pulled the boat out at the end, it was an awesome fishing trip. Your patience and instruction was a big help to my novice fly fishing skills. Another great part of the experience was someone else making the meals at the end of a day on the river. The meals were first class. The best part for me was learning how to fish for steelhead. I will not forget my battle with my first steel head. Thanks to you I am hooked on steel head. See you next year when the steel head are running!"

David Saxby - Phoenix Arizona

Wishing to begin a yearly father-son flyfishing legacy with my six year old son, and after interviewing various guide services, Damien and his crew was not only receptive to my vision, but supportive and enthusiastic as well. The result was a stellar three day float trip that  has since become a cherished event in our lives every summer; 2009 will be our sixth! Damien is not only a world class angler, his attention to detail and emphasis on enjoyment are complimented by his absolutely infectious love of the sport. Just the right blend of adventure and comfort, without any of the attitude. A truly bright star in a sea of mediocrity.

The day I fished Little Willow Lake was easily my best BIG trout day ever.  I lost count during the day but that didn't matter because catching those big, powerful, beautiful, healthy fish was such a thrill! Watching them swim away, only slightly taxed by the effort, was equally rewarding.  I wish I knew how many pounds of fish I caught that day! I'm
sure that would have been an impressive number. The lake is a good size: large enough to hold lots of big fish, small enough to explore all of the likely fish hangouts, situated in a peaceful ranch setting.  And we had the whole place to ourselves. Damien did a great job keeping up with me and two other anglers that day, netting lunkers and taking photographic evidence... as well as preparing lunch. Perfect day! What a blast!

I've been off the water now for 4 days and my arm no longer hurts from fighting those AMAZING Deschutes Steelhead.   (Until you hook one and hear Damien bellow STEELHEAD you just won't understand it!)   I know they say that if you hook one per day it's a good day but with you as our guide only a person with a cane pole and very very slow reaction times wouldn't be into fish.   The second day was awesome to have so many great fish on.   At the end of the day my arm burned from fighting so many big fish! The other part of the trip is the details.   The meals are great and when you get off the water and your camp is all set and the first words you hear are, "Would any one like a beer?"   It makes the day even better! Damien you and your crew do a fantastic job!   A beautiful location, great fish and a wonderful relaxed time.   This is a must take trip for anyone from novice to expert!

Thank you!
